Kingston

Here at Controlux Limited, we’ve been working in South West London and the Home Counties for over 35 years. One of our most popular areas of custom is Kingston, where we’ve been operating since our inception.

Kingston is a lovely area of South West London, just the other side of the Thames from Hampton Court. It’s an area we know well, being based in Chessington ourselves. Just under 5 miles away, it’s really easy for us to reach you, for both the initial consultation and installation work, and then any further subsequent callouts that may be required.

Blinds Available in Kingston

If you’re looking for blinds in the Kingston area, look no further! We have a wide range of perfect fit blinds including: Roller Blinds, Velux Blinds, Conservatory Blinds in addition to Awnings, Plantation and Shutters. If you’re in Kingston or the surrounding areas, we can provide you with a service of the highest quality.

Our range of blinds

As we say, we’ve worked in Kingston on a number of different occasions, constantly aware of the need to preserve the picturesque nature of the area through our services. All of our Made to Measure blinds, whether they’re roller blinds, Venetian blinds, or conservatory blinds, are manufactured to the highest possible quality. As we’re so close to the Kingston area, we strongly advise you to come in and visit our showroom. That will allow you to view a wide range of different products, and sample a diverse and varied collection. Our staff will always be more than happy to talk you through your options and are extremely knowledgeable about all of our stock. For now, here’s a short description of two of our most loved blinds:

Roller Blinds:

Roller blinds can be a great addition to your home in Kingston. One of the biggest advantages of roller blinds is that they are very low maintenance. Unlike traditional window dressings like curtains, which can acquire dust frequently and can be hard to clean, roller blinds can be dusted with minimal attention. Simply wipe them down with a wet cloth to eliminate dust particles and dirt. Additionally, roller blinds are available in a plethora of colours, textures and patterns – great if you like to be different or are after a unique design for your home in Kingston!

Velux Blinds:

One of the biggest issues that our Kingston customers can face is enhancing light quality throughout their homes, which is where velux blinds come in. Installing velux blinds will completely change any interior space, flooding your home with bright light. Designed with the narrowest frames, velux blinds allow you to expose the whole window, resulting in the highest light exposure. Velux blinds are beneficial in any space, especially in the bedroom as you can shut out the light at night time, allowing you to get the best night’s sleep.

Conservatory blinds in Kingston

We also provide tailored blinds for conservatories. While not as popular these days as they used to be, there are still plenty of homes throughout Kingston with conservatories installed, and the vast majority of them look great. They also allow you to control heat throughout the Summer, acting as a sunblock during even the hottest of days. Additionally, they can help retain heat during the winter, making your conservatory space in Kingston the relaxing space it’s supposed to be. Ensure your conservatory is up to its full potential, by having a new pair of blinds installed.

Awnings

To add to the scenic nature of Kingston, awnings are also a great option for providing a bit of cover around your windows. You’ve got a reasonable amount of creative freedom, here, too – just let us know the sort of thing you’re after and we’ll be able to find the perfect fit.

Window shutters and plantation shutters in Kingston

Supreme Shutters is part of the Controlux Ltd Group and specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of high quality window shutters. Working with customers across Kingston, we supply custom-made plantation shutters that are built to last.

You will be spoilt for choice when exploring our collection, which includes ever-popular full-height window shutters, plus bi-fold, tier on tier, tracked, and cafe-style shutters. These are available in a range of colours and finishes to complement any design scheme.

Beginning with a consultation, we will then organise a survey to assess your windows and measure up, before manufacturing your new shutters to your precise specification. Installation is also included, ensuring a professional finish.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently purchased an Awning from Ben and Lucy at Controlux and the experience from start to finish was excellent. The quality of the workmanship was first class and support and service to make this happen faultless. Ben and Alex fitted the unit efficiently and did a very neat job and explained all about the operation of the Awning before tidying up and leaving. I would thoroughly recommend this company due to the dedication and professionalism of the team.
