High Quality Veritcal Blinds

If you’re wanting a smart and functional window covering, vertical blinds are a fantastic choice. Here at Controlux, we’ve been supplying and installing them in Esher and the local areas for over 35 years. Ideal for larger windows, sliding doors, and commercial spaces, our made-to-measure vertical blinds offer smooth light control, privacy and a clean, tailored look.

Whether you’re after a minimal design for a modern living room, something moisture-resistant for a kitchen, or a blackout fabric for a workspace or classroom, we’ll help you find the right fit. With expert advice, honest recommendations, and skilled installation, we make the process easy from start to finish.

Why Vertical Blinds Work So Well

One of the biggest advantages of vertical blinds is their flexibility. You can tilt the vanes to gently filter daylight or close them completely for full privacy. They’re particularly suited to wide windows or doors where other blind types can feel bulky or awkward. We offer a wide range of fabric options – from light-filtering to full blackout – and finishes that work in both residential and commercial settings. You can also choose between wand or cord operation, and even opt for motorisation if you’re after a more contemporary setup.

A Service That Fits Around You

From your initial FREE consultation to the final fitting, we focus on precision and attention to detail. When we visit your property in Esher, we’ll take exact measurements, show you samples, and talk you through the best options for your space. There’s no pressure – just expert guidance, built around what you need.

Once you’ve chosen your style, we place your order with trusted UK manufacturers, and when your blinds are ready, our team returns to install them with care.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently purchased an Awning from Ben and Lucy at Controlux and the experience from start to finish was excellent. The quality of the workmanship was first class and support and service to make this happen faultless. Ben and Alex fitted the unit efficiently and did a very neat job and explained all about the operation of the Awning before tidying up and leaving. I would thoroughly recommend this company due to the dedication and professionalism of the team.
